           Olga Rotari, born in Moldova, began her piano education at the age of six under the guidance of N. Dimcha. After completing seven years of music school, she continued her studies at the A. Rubinstein Music College with Dr. R. Gromova.

            Between 2008 and 2013, she pursued her undergraduate studies at Istanbul University State Conservatory with Prof. Cana Gürmen. In 2017, she completed her master’s degree with Prof. Cana Gürmen for piano education and Associate Professor Sibel Kudatgobilik for her thesis on “An Examination of F. Liszt’s Piano Transcriptions and Paraphrases on Operas.” Since 2022, she has been continuing her doctoral studies at Istanbul University State Conservatory under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Bahar Yücelen.

            Throughout her education, Rotari actively participated in Masterclasses. She worked with renowned musicians such as Vladimir Ashkenazy, Prof. Andrey Diev, Ewa Pobłocka, Prof. Tamara Poddubnaya, Igor Tchetuev, Prof. Tomislav Baynov, Leontina Margulis, Ellen Corver, Hüseyin Sermet, Pablo Galdo, Jose Manuel Fernandez Rodriquez, Herbert Schuch, Vassilia Efstathiadou, and Prof. Dmitri Alexeev.

            Living in Turkey for over a decade, Olga Rotari has pursued her goal of becoming a professional musician with passion since a young age. Her musical talent and experience with different musical cultures and disciplines have earned her numerous awards in prestigious international music competitions.

            From 2016 to 2018, she received 3rd place in the solo and chamber music categories at the international “Musical Fireworks in Baden-Württemberg” piano competition, 2nd place at the international “Heirs of Orpheus” piano competition, and 1st place at the international “Stars at Tenerife” piano competition. Since 2008, she has performed in both national and international cultural events. In 2012 and 2013, she gave solo concerts at the invitation of the Japanese consulate.     She performed at piano music festivals in Germany and received acclaim for her concert with a Mariinsky Theatre artist in St. Petersburg in 2021.

            The artist continues to give solo concerts in both Turkey and Moldova and organizes masterclasses to support young talents. She maintains a broad repertoire, presenting various solo and chamber music programs to her audiences.
